IS THIS SITE SAFE?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All your payment details are strictly confidential and we do not store such information. Your address is not stored and will not be used for any other purpose than to send your order out. We do not share any address/email information with third parties.


 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, depending on whether or not your order has been dispatched. If you would like to change or cancel your order then email us stating your name, email address and delivery address. If you order has already been dispatched then please see "How do I refund/exchange an item?"


 

WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Yes, you will receive an automated email from Paypal confirming your order, it will state your name and delivery address, the goods you ordered and the price and various details such as order number and date of order. If any of the details in the confirmation email are incorrect then send us an email to info@heroandcape.com as soon as possible and we can amend any details provided the order hasn't already been dispatched


 

HOW DO I REFUND/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hero&Cape product then you can return an item for refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags or packaging intact. Items such as earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

To arrange a refund, please email us with your name, email address and delivery address within 14 days of receipt. If possible please use original packaging and ensure that the item is securely wrapped to avoid damage in transit.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Responsibilty of the item is up to you until it reaches us, therefore, it is extremely important to obtain proof of postage or use a service that provides a tracking number (eg. Recorded Delivery) We are unable to process a refun/exchange if the returned item is lost in transit. We will not be responsible for items lost in the post during return transit. Upon receiving the returned items, we will then issue a refund to original source of payment or dispatch the exchanged item within 5 working days. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made by Hero&Cape.

Please remember to include the invoice in the returns parcel.


 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We only use Royal Mail Signed For delivery for UK orders, which enables us to confirm delivery of your oder.

Delivery for UK orders is £3.95 flat rate for 1st Class service or you can use the free 2nd Class service. For International orders, the flat rate delivery charge is £4.95.

For orders with multiple items the delivery charge will remain at £3.95, free or £4.95 depending on destination and delivery service chosen.

For our Non-EU customers, although rare, please be aware that custom charges may occur for parcels sent outside of the EU and this is out of our control. Please ask your local postmaster for more info if this is of any concern. Hero&Cape will not accept returns or issue a refund if you decide not to pay these custom fees.


 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most worldwide countries. If during the checkout process you cannot find or select your country then please feel free to email us and we will find a way to dispatch your order.


 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Please bear in mind that our T-shirts are individually hand printed to order. We aim to begin processing your order within 24 hours of you ordering on our website. The printing process of the T-shirts can take up to 3 working days (depending on the design) and we will dispatch your order as soon as all the items are ready. Once the order has been dispatched, it is then in the hands of Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days (from time of dispatch) for you to receive your Hero&Cape goodies!

We process International orders exactly the same way as the UK orders. Once the order has been dispatched via Royal Mail International Airmail, then it can take up to 21 working days for delivery.


 

THE T-SHIRT SIZES ARE UNISEX, HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO BUY?

Our T-shirts do indeed come in unisex sizes. You can check out our size chart for for info and find which size fits you best. For girls who want a more baggy/slob fit style, we advise you to go for a T-shirt that is two sizes above your recommended size.
